A Personal Interview

You are given some simple questions a few days before our face-to-face information gathering meeting. This gives you an opportunity, before we meet, to jot down some facts, ideas and your thoughts on the desired mood and length of your tribute. You select the style of your presentation from various rhyming formats or non-rhyming prose, from examples shown to you. Our meeting, in your home or location of your choice (often a restaurant during off hours) is relaxed, fun and conducive to story telling and recalling fond memories. The coffee is on me!

A Tailored Tribute

The composition of your tribute follows our face-to-face meeting. Your tribute will be composed according to your wishes of mood, style and length. Occasionally, a telephone call between us clarifies points of emphasis, chronology, etc. When your tribute has been developed, you will have an opportunity to review, revise and approve it. Nothing is set in stone until you are completely satisfied!

One to One Coaching

As required, coaching in the delivery of your tribute can increase your peace of mind, decrease your stress and put you in control to have fun during your presentation. Your own self-confidence will project to the audience, creating relaxed and attentive listeners. We’ll help you with things like: voice cadence and projection, microphone handling technique, breathing, audience rapport and more. The objective is to deliver a tribute that is memorable for all the right reasons. You may have those tummy butterflies, but they will be flying in formation!

Treasured Keepsakes

You receive two ‘Treasured Keepsakes’ … copies of your tribute presentation. With samples to choose from, you choose the binding, the paper and approve the attractive title page that describes your special occasion. A photo of the subject(s), (e.g. wedding couple) on the cover can enhance the attractiveness of your keepsake. The objective is to furnish you with a tangible memory, designed to give visual and reading pleasure for years to come!
