It was Dad and yourself, you’ll agree

You’ve given your genes to this mass of folks

That’ll add branches to our family tree  

As we grow and wander wide

I speak for all of us … your lot

We’ll carry your treasures with us

And be proud of what we’ve got

Than a Mother and Grandmother like you
