Global Trade Training Approach: In confidence - identify current performance
levels as compared to existing performance standards and best in class', on
local and national levels. Determine gaps in performance levels. Identify
required levels of performance for global action. identify skills knowledge and
attitudes to be continued / changed. Identify causes for performance
discrepancies. Recommend methods / means/ media for closing gaps and maintaining
performance.
